Tastings
Come with family or friends to my workshop. Together, we will share a gastronomic experience consisting of tasting my products paired with products from the area, such as Sant Gil d’Albió cheeses, select charcuterie from the town, Segarreta beer or wines from the Conca de Barberà, all made with the same criteria of craftsmanship and quality with which I govern myself. An opportunity to learn about the wide range of opportunities and possibilities offered by the vinegar, jams, jellies and chutneys of Maria Soler l’art de la conserva.
Workshops
And if you are more practical and want to learn how to make jams, jellies or chutneys, or you are looking to learn new techniques and perfect the recipe or intend to have a good time, we offer workshops a la carte! Let us know in advance, and we will adapt to the schedules. The workshop lasts three hours, and the price is 40 euros per person. At the end of the workshop, you will take home the products we have made! Contact me to formalize the reservation.
The space
At number 15, Plaça Major in Santa Coloma de Queralt (Conca de Barberà), just under the porches of the blue house, you will find my workshop and shop. A cosy space in a charming town.
A quiet town but boiling inside, like vinegar and jams, which enjoy rest and boiling at the same time. That’s why I invite you to take the taste of my products one step further and to discover the environment where I cook to understand their flavour better.
Santa Coloma de Queralt belongs to the Baixa Segarra area; it is a dry land where every drop is part of the essence of the future. It is a land of saffron, cereal, vermouth in the square, quiet walks through the Jewish quarter, Castell dels Comptes or in the Hermitage of Bell·lloc… a place to get lost to find yourself again! In short, the products of Maria Soler l’art de la conserva would be different in another place and I would love for you to come and meet them in their place of origin.
